Booking and Payments
To confirm your reservation, full or partial payment may be required, depending on the trip type. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change until your booking is finalized.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are issued based on the timing of the cancellation:

More than 30 days before departure: Partial refund (booking fees excluded)

15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available
If Hopski Proam cancels a trip, you will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no extra cost.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical issues, and personal property loss. Hopski Proam is not liable for extra expenses due to travel disruptions or emergencies.
Health and Safety Requirements
Some trips may require a reasonable level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to notify us of any medical conditions in advance. Hopski Proam is not responsible for health-related issues or injuries during travel, except in cases of proven negligence.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are expected to follow guide instructions, respect local customs and environments, and contribute to a safe group experience. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
Travel Documentation
You are responsible for securing all required travel documents, such as passports, visas, and valid identification. Hopski Proam is not accountable for any travel delays or denials due to incorrect or missing documentation.
Limitation of Liability
Travel involves inherent risks. By booking with Hopski Proam, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless otherwise required by law.
Media and Photography Consent
Photos and videos may be captured during your journey and used for marketing purposes. By participating in our trips, you grant us permission to use your likeness unless you request otherwise in writing before your departure.
Changes to Itineraries
Trip itineraries may change due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Hopski Proam will make every effort to offer equivalent alternatives in such cases.

By booking or participating in a trip with Hopski Proam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
